Who is responsible?
Erkan Erdogan, operating OnePress Apps in Denmark, is the data controller for personal information processed through onepressapps.com and support enquiries. Contact support@onepressapps.com for privacy questions or to exercise your rights. This notice covers this website and the app practices described below.
Website visits and hosting
Simply.com A/S hosts this website. Delivering pages and protecting the service can involve your IP address, requested URL, request time and browser information in hosting and security logs. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure, reliable website under GDPR Article 6(1)(f). You may object to processing based on legitimate interests.
The site has no visitor accounts, advertising pixels, embedded social players or contact forms. Images, fonts, icons and the REC video are served from this website. When you open an App Store link or another external link, the destination handles your visit under its own privacy notice.
Cookies and your choice
Google Analytics is optional. Its script, cookies and measurement requests are blocked until you choose to allow analytics. Rejecting optional cookies, leaving the choice unanswered or closing the dialog does not prevent browsing. Use here or in any page's footer to change or withdraw consent.
Optional analytics relies on consent under GDPR Article 6(1)(a). Your choice is specific to this browser and this website. Withdrawal stops future analytics loading, removes this website's accessible analytics cookies and reloads the page to stop the loaded tracker. Withdrawal does not undo earlier lawful processing; contact us about deletion of previously collected data.

These durations describe browser storage, not how long Google retains measurements on its servers. Clearing browser storage also clears the remembered choice. If your browser blocks storage, your choice applies to the current page and you may be asked again.
Optional website analytics
With your permission, Google Analytics measures website page views and App Store link clicks. It processes cookie identifiers, browser and device information, technical connection information, referral source and approximate location derived from the connection. The site does not send query strings, URL fragments, support messages or private app files in its page-view and App Store click events. Google signals and advertising personalisation are disabled in the site's tag configuration.
Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC provide analytics and use service providers. Google receives your technical connection information when analytics is allowed. Processing may take place outside the EU/EEA, including in the United States. Google's processing terms and transfer safeguards, privacy policy and standard contractual clauses describe the applicable arrangements. You can contact us for information about safeguards relevant to your data.
Support emails
If you email us, we receive your email address, name if supplied, message and attachments you choose to send. These are used to answer your request and resolve support issues. Please send only what is needed and avoid sensitive information. Enquiries rely on legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f); steps necessary to enter or perform a contract rely on Article 6(1)(b) where applicable. Email and hosting providers process communications to deliver and store them. You are not subscribed to marketing by asking for support.
Retention
Support correspondence is kept while needed to answer and resolve the enquiry, and afterwards only where needed for an ongoing issue, a legal obligation or a specific legal claim. Hosting logs are kept for operational security and troubleshooting according to the hosting service's retention schedule; provider backups follow their separate backup cycle. Records should be deleted when their purpose ends, subject to applicable legal duties.
Google Analytics uses account-level retention settings for event and user information; these are separate from the cookie duration above. Its standard settings offer 2 or 14 months for this data, and aggregate reports are not covered by that automatic deletion period. Contact us for the applicable account period or to request deletion of identifiable information. Google's retention documentation explains the distinction.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction and, where applicable, data portability. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw analytics consent through Privacy choices at any time. We normally respond within one month; any lawful extension will be explained. We may need proportionate information to identify the record and verify your request. Cookie-based analytics may require an identifier from your browser to locate related data.
You can complain to Datatilsynet in Denmark or the supervisory authority where you live or work. The website does not make automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.

Privacy in the apps
OnePress Apps are designed to capture useful things on your device: recordings, scans, receipts, business cards, warranties, work hours, mileage trips, packing lists, barcodes, translations, and proof timelines. The apps do not require an account, do not include ads, and do not use third-party analytics inside the apps.
Files You Create
Your recordings, scans, receipts, cards, warranties, hour entries, mileage trips, packs, saved codes, saved translations, proof cases, PDFs, CSV files, text files, and exported files are stored locally on your device unless you choose to share, export, or back them up. OnePress Apps does not receive, store, listen to, read, or process these files on our servers.
Microphone And Camera Permission
OnePress Rec asks for microphone permission so you can create recordings. The app only records when you start a recording.
OnePress Proof asks for microphone permission only when you add a voice memo to a proof case.
Scanning apps may use Apple’s document camera so you can scan paper documents, receipts, warranties, product labels, or business cards. Captured scans are saved locally in the app unless you choose to share, export, or back them up.
OnePress Barcode uses the camera to detect QR codes and barcodes. Saved code values are stored locally on your device unless you choose to copy, share, or export them.
OnePress Translate uses the camera to capture text from signs, menus, labels, and other things you choose to translate. Text recognition happens on device. Translation uses Apple’s Translation framework. Saved translations stay local unless you choose to copy, share, or export them.
OnePress Proof uses the camera only when you add photo or video proof to a case. Proof media stays local unless you choose to share, export, or back it up.
PulseKey Tuner
PulseKey Tuner processes microphone audio on your device to estimate musical keys, detect notes, and help tune instruments. Microphone audio is processed in memory and is not saved as a recording or uploaded.
Imported audio is temporarily copied onto your device for analysis and playback. Saved measurements, titles, notes, custom tunings, and preferences remain on your device. Saved analyses do not retain the source audio.
PulseKey Tuner has no accounts, advertising, tracking, or third-party analytics. Device backups may include local app data according to your Apple backup settings. For privacy questions, contact support@onepressapps.com.
Speech Recognition
OnePress Rec can use Apple Speech Recognition when you choose to transcribe a recording or enable automatic transcription. Some languages may require Apple’s online speech-recognition service. OnePress Apps does not receive or store the recording or transcript on our servers.
In the pending REC 1.4 update, edited transcript text, the preserved original transcript and timestamp markers remain on your device unless you share or back them up. Online recognition is an explicit user choice; Danish online recognition is recommended. Deleted recordings and their associated metadata are kept in Recently Deleted for 10 days unless you permanently delete them sooner. Expiry is processed when the app runs. External backups and shared copies are independent and are not deleted by emptying Recently Deleted.
Notifications
OnePress Warranty may ask for notification permission so it can remind you before a warranty date you save. Reminders are scheduled locally through iOS.
Contacts
OnePress Cards can help create a contact from a scanned business card. Contact creation uses Apple’s native contact interface, where you review and decide whether to save the contact.
Location
OnePress Rec can save an optional estimated place with a recording when you enable that feature or explicitly add the current place. The coordinates and estimated address are stored locally with the recording.
OnePress Miles asks for location permission so it can calculate distance while you track a drive. Location updates are used for the active trip and saved locally as part of that trip. OnePress Apps does not receive or store your location on our servers.
OnePress Proof asks for location permission only when you choose to add GPS position to a proof case. That location is saved locally as part of the proof timeline.
Device Authentication
OnePress Rec can ask iOS to verify you with Face ID, Touch ID, or the device passcode before unlocking a protected recording. Authentication is handled by iOS. OnePress Apps does not receive biometric data.
Backup And Export
If you enable backup, you choose a folder using the iOS Files picker. The folder may belong to iCloud Drive, Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, another storage provider, or local device storage. Syncing and cloud storage are handled by iOS and the storage provider you choose.
If you share or export a file, the destination you choose may receive that file. OnePress Apps does not control the privacy practices of services you choose for export or backup.
Purchases
OnePress Pro purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. OnePress Apps does not receive your full payment card details.
Diagnostics
If you use TestFlight or choose to share crash reports with Apple, Apple may provide diagnostic information to help improve the app. This is handled through Apple’s systems and your device settings.
Children's Privacy
OnePress Apps are general utility apps and do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
