Overview
OnePress Apps are designed to capture useful things on your device: recordings, scans, receipts, business cards, warranties, work hours, mileage trips, packing lists, barcodes, translations, and proof timelines. The apps do not require an account, do not include ads, and do not use third-party analytics inside the apps.
Website Analytics
The OnePress website uses Google Analytics to understand basic website traffic and App Store button clicks. This can include pages viewed, approximate region, device and browser information, referral source, and whether an App Store button was clicked. Website analytics does not include your recordings, scans, receipts, cards, warranties, hour entries, mileage trips, packs, saved codes, saved translations, proof cases, or files.
Files You Create
Your recordings, scans, receipts, cards, warranties, hour entries, mileage trips, packs, saved codes, saved translations, proof cases, PDFs, CSV files, text files, and exported files are stored locally on your device unless you choose to share, export, or back them up. OnePress Apps does not receive, store, listen to, read, or process these files on our servers.
Microphone And Camera Permission
OnePress Rec asks for microphone permission so you can create recordings. The app only records when you start a recording.
OnePress Proof asks for microphone permission only when you add a voice memo to a proof case.
Scanning apps may use Apple’s document camera so you can scan paper documents, receipts, warranties, product labels, or business cards. Captured scans are saved locally in the app unless you choose to share, export, or back them up.
OnePress Barcode uses the camera to detect QR codes and barcodes. Saved code values are stored locally on your device unless you choose to copy, share, or export them.
OnePress Translate uses the camera to capture text from signs, menus, labels, and other things you choose to translate. Text recognition happens on device. Translation uses Apple’s Translation framework. Saved translations stay local unless you choose to copy, share, or export them.
OnePress Proof uses the camera only when you add photo or video proof to a case. Proof media stays local unless you choose to share, export, or back it up.
Notifications
OnePress Warranty may ask for notification permission so it can remind you before a warranty date you save. Reminders are scheduled locally through iOS.
Contacts
OnePress Cards can help create a contact from a scanned business card. Contact creation uses Apple’s native contact interface, where you review and decide whether to save the contact.
Location
OnePress Miles asks for location permission so it can calculate distance while you track a drive. Location updates are used for the active trip and saved locally as part of that trip. OnePress Apps does not receive or store your location on our servers.
OnePress Proof asks for location permission only when you choose to add GPS position to a proof case. That location is saved locally as part of the proof timeline.
Backup And Export
If you enable backup, you choose a folder using the iOS Files picker. The folder may belong to iCloud Drive, Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, another storage provider, or local device storage. Syncing and cloud storage are handled by iOS and the storage provider you choose.
If you share or export a file, the destination you choose may receive that file. OnePress Apps does not control the privacy practices of services you choose for export or backup.
Purchases
OnePress Pro purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. OnePress Apps does not receive your full payment card details.
Diagnostics
If you use TestFlight or choose to share crash reports with Apple, Apple may provide diagnostic information to help improve the app. This is handled through Apple’s systems and your device settings.
Children's Privacy
OnePress Apps are general utility apps and do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
